| International office and business park specialist Akeler has completed the creation of the steel structure for the first phase of its new office development at Colton Square, forming the first stage of Leicester’s New and exciting Business Quarter. |

State of the art Shopping Centre

| According to research undertaken by Javelin, the new Shires development will boost Leicester’s standing in the UK’s hierarchy of top shopping centre, rising from 15th to 8th place. Additional research shows Leicester’s current catchment population of 1.65 million residents will rise to over 2.09 million on opening of the new Shires development, attracted by the scheme’s wider appeal. |
