Sky Blue Homes has an in-house professional photography team that boasts over 5 years of industry experience. Using high-end equipment such as Canon EOS cameras with powerful flashes, they also use sophisticated light meter equipment to get the light balance in properties just right.
If required, we also go to great lengths to use staged photography, especially if a property is vacant at that point. This helps to bring furniture less, empty rooms to life – making them feel homely and lived in.
On top of all that, we had these expertly-crafted images to the property listing online, marketing it on leading property portals such as Right Move, Zoopla and also our own website –– which receives regular local traffic daily.
2. 360 Virtual Tours
To compliment our excellent photography, we also provide virtual tours of our properties. Using specialise camera we can take 360 panoramic images of each room within the property which is then digitally ‘stitched’ together.
This results in the ability to walkaround the property ‘virtually’, going from room to room, popping upstairs. All you need is a PC, tablet or smartphone and we’ll send you link to the property you’re interested in for you to view at your leisure.
Virtual tours is proving a great success since we introduced it over the summer. It gives another way to show off a landlord’s property in an impactful way, while tenants get the opportunity get the next best thing to a physical viewing if they don’t have time in the busy schedule or they have concerns about Covid-19 and social distancing.
3. Keeping an eye on the to-let market
