Once you have decided to apply for the property, we require the application form to be completed and payment of £270.00.

When a guarantor is required the referencing fee is £72.00.

The application fee for students applying is £60.00 per person. (Minimum £180.00)

Once all references are suitable a tenancy will be agreed, subject to signing the agreement.

The balance must be paid 48 hours before the start of the tenancy.
